About The Position
The Paraprofessional position is at Rocky Mountain High School for the 2026–27 school year. The position is for one year only and is scheduled for 7 hours per day on a 185-day work calendar. Pay is $20.02–$22.42 per hour for employees newly hired to Poudre School District, with placement from the minimum up to 12% above the minimum based on qualifications and experience. Existing employees should refer to the applicable salary schedule. PSD uses a salary placement process rather than salary negotiation; final compensation is determined by Human Resources based on qualifications and job-related factors.
