The job of Paraprofessional is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional program within assigned classroom(s) with specific responsibility for working with individual and/or small groups of students; supervising students to maintain an effective learning environment; and assisting teacher/s.
Requirements
- Completion of 48 units of college or university or above OR Passing score on the District Paraprofessional Exam
- Must be able to pass Strength and Agility test prior to employment
- Tuberculosis Clearance
- Criminal Background Check
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the instructional program within assigned classroom(s)
