About The Position

Inspire Charter Academy is seeking a Paraprofessional to join their team. This role involves supporting students in need of academic intervention through 1:1 or group workshops, as directed by the classroom teacher and designated instructional leader. The position is committed to educating the whole student – academically, morally, and socially – and implementing a result-driven curriculum to achieve significant growth. The paraprofessional will also attend professional development and articulation meetings with classroom teachers and parents as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and the ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and/or mathematics.
• Understanding of and capability to navigate technical systems.

• Assess student abilities and provide instructional assistance for students in need of academic intervention through 1:1 or group workshops as directed by the classroom teacher and designated instructional leader.
