About The Position

Catapult Learning is seeking a Paraprofessional to be an advocate, difference maker, and mentor for students. The role involves guiding and empowering students to reach their full potential, supported by a proven curriculum and ongoing assistance. This is a part-time position, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the school day in Hoboken, NJ.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals.
• Knowledge of computer software and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of academic instructional programs, class work, and assessments for students.
• Maintain program instructional materials and computer lab components.
• Conduct attendance and program tracking and reports.
• Monitor students’ materials use and behavior to keep them on task.
• Foster a positive classroom environment as you maintain the confidentiality of students and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
