Requirements

• 2 years college credits or equivalent or passing score of the ParaPro

Responsibilities

• Work with Title I students during small group literacy interventions
• Utilize a variety of instructional and classroom management techniques to meet the individual needs of students.
• Utilize Title I determined interventions, materials and associated tools.
• Conducts ongoing assessments and progress monitoring of student learning
• Collaborates with Title I and classroom teachers to identify areas of focus
• Encourages family engagement
• Participates in school and district initiatives and professional development that promotes professional growth, social emotional learning, and accessibility to curriculum.
• Performs other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and assigned by a supervisor and/or designee.
