About The Position

Help build an experience that supports the people who support children. At Early Learning Connections, our work is mission-driven. We support early learning programs that strengthen children, families, and communities. We are hiring a Paraprofessional who brings a desire learn and grow to help our teams do their best work. This is a hands-on collaborative role where you will provide assistance, partnering with the Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher to support consistency, compliance, and care.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• One year's experience related to childcare development of children
• Must have current Pennsylvania Driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent organizational skills
• Reinforce daily lesson plans.
• Proficient with technology as required for record keeping and documentation etc.
• Assist with preparation and clean-up of meals.
• Enthusiastic personality that will engage preschool children
• Apply established policies and procedures to (routine and/or moderately complex tasks relevant to role)
• Provide guidance and support to staff and families
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or compliance-related matters to Head Teacher or Program Manager
