About The Position

Supports individual, team or department through practical application of knowledge, use of proven techniques, and adherence to procedures. Primary focus on execution of assigned tasks in a specific area of responsibility, with a non-technical scope and a high degree of customer service.

Requirements

Minimum: High School Diploma/GED - Must have a High School diploma/GED plus one of the following: Proof of passing the TABE D Adult Education Test for Reading and Math; minimum SAT scores (within the last 5 years) of 500 in Math and 470 in Reading; or transcript(s) verifying at least 48 semester hours of undergraduate coursework from an accredited college or university
Must pass District approved written and physical exams covering de-escalation and physical restraint training, on an annual basis
Required training must be completed within 75 days of initial hire
Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.

Responsibilities

Supports teachers by providing assistance with educational, behavioral, social-emotional, physical and daily living needs of preschool children with disabilities in an inclusive preschool setting.
Must pass District approved written and physical exams covering de-escalation and physical restraint training, on an annual basis.
Specialized training in invasive procedures such as tube feeding, and catheterization, will be provided as assignment requires.
Required training must be completed within 75 days of initial hire.
