About The Position

As a key member of our service team, the Paraplanner will provide critical support to the lead advisor by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and supporting day-to-day client service needs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing high-quality client care, without the pressure to move into an advisory role in the near future. We’re seeking someone who is: Licensed (Series 7 and/or 66 preferred) are a plus but not required Experienced in financial planning or client service within a wealth management or advisory practice Long-term Paraplanner role with potential to grow into an Associate Financial Advisor in 3–5 years Professional, approachable, and enjoys building relationships Meticulous with details and skilled at follow-through An excellent communicator – both verbal and written A strong cultural fit with our collaborative, supportive, and client-first team (aka our "Kite")

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
  • Comfortable with standard office software and open to learning new tools.
  • Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update financial plans and investment proposals
  • Assist with client meeting prep and follow-up actions
  • Process investment trades and account service requests
  • Research investment options and product solutions
  • Maintain client records and documentation in CRM systems
  • Support overall office operations and advisor workflow
