Metacomet Construction is seeking a Parapet / Roof Inspector to assist our general contracting team with short-term inspection work. Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to climb ladders and navigate physically demanding environments
- Strong written communication and observational skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior construction or inspection experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform site visits to inspect roofs and building components.
- Safely access roofs, attics, and other tight or elevated areas using ladders.
- Document findings in written reports with attention to detail.
- Communicate any urgent concerns to project management.
