About The Position

Stadium Medical is seeking dedicated Paramedics to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply emergency medicine skills in a variety of settings, including hospital collaborations, sporting events, concert venues, and diverse geographical areas within Colorado. The position involves providing advanced life support (ALS) care, exceptional customer service, and participating in various types of calls such as Interfacility Transfers (IFT), 911 overflow, and special event transports. The role also requires collaboration with hospital partners and local fire agencies to enhance patient care pathways and team integration. Some work may occur in challenging mountain conditions requiring adaptability and skill.

Requirements

  • Valid State of Colorado Paramedic Certification
  • Insurable MVR
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Dedication to providing high quality customer service and patient care
  • Willingness to work, and learn in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Positive, passionate individuals who are eager to contribute to an evolving EMS landscape
  • Elevated approach to professionalism and reliability, demonstrating exemplary follow through
  • Current Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check.
  • ACLS Required
  • Proven experience driving in winter, mountain conditions.
  • Technical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care and direction for primarily ALS calls and patients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate care, ensuring patients, families, and partners feel supported throughout the transport experience.
  • Participate in a large variety of calls including IFT, 911 Overflow and or Special Event Transports.
  • Respond to a variety of areas, including short local transports and long-distance transfers from Denver.
  • Collaborate with hospital partners and local fire agencies, helping strengthen patient care pathways and team integration.
  • Adapt to and work effectively in dynamic mountain conditions, where weather, altitude, and unpredictable environments demand adaptability and skill.
