About The Position

HSHS St Nicholas Hospital is seeking a Paramedic to join our Emergency Department (ED). Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment with complex acuities. New grads welcomed to apply.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in emergency medical services or completion of state approved paramedic training program is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience is required.
  • Licensed Paramedic in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of EMS experience is preferred.
  • Critical Care Transport (CCT) is preferred.
