Work hours: Night Shift Full Time 36 Hours 7PM-7AM rotating schedule including rotating weekends and holidays. Department highlights: Expanding the scope of paramedics within the organization to allow for skill development.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
3 months paramedic experience or completion of a paramedic internship Required
EMT-P - Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Upon Hire Required Or LP - Licensed Paramedic Upon Hire Required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Required
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required
Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced environment, positive interpersonal skills, good verbal, and written communication skills, able to perform basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

1 Year paramedic experience in EMS or fire department Preferred
