About The Position

This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluating field operations performance, facilitating Incident Command as needed, and acting as a liaison with medical facilities and fire departments. The role involves overseeing and documenting field personnel performance, addressing and resolving customer complaints, managing special events coverage, and directing daily work assignments and emergency scheduling. Additionally, the Paramedic Supervisor provides medical consultation and treatment direction to field staff.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Five (5) years of related experience
• Valid state issues drivers license (Must maintain a satisfactory driving record)
• Paramedic certification in Ohio
• Paramedic Licenses in Michigan
• AHA – BLS, ACLS, PALS upon hire
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Course
• NRP Essentials within 90 days of hire.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college.
• EVOC instructor
• Ohio Fire and Emergency Services Instructor I
