About The Position

Manage all administrative elements of clinical activities of the Paramedic Science program; including related scheduling management and ensuring coordination with affiliate clinical agencies and locations. Duties and responsibilities: Effectively deliver clinical supervision or other program-specific responsibilities. Schedule student clinicals and activities with the Paramedic Sciences affiliates. Collect and organize student shot records, criminal background documents, physical exams, and other student clinical documentation. Maintain student clinical records, attendance, grades, and/or other documentation as required. Communicate with the faculty concerning the needs of the Paramedic Science clinical programs. Review and develop clinical curriculum in compliance with accreditation and State EMS guidelines. Ensure compliance with all College policies. Ensure applicable program accreditation policies are followed Participate in the accreditation and assessment process. Adhere to all COAEMSP requirements to maintain accreditation.

Requirements

  • Has two years of related work experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be insurable to drive campus vehicles

Nice To Haves

  • An associate's degree or Higher in related field
  • Hold and Indiana Paramedic License
  • Hold an Indiana Department of Homeland Security Primary Instructor certification
  • AHA Instructor qualification in BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • NAEMT Instructor qualification – PHTLS, AMLS, TECC
  • Indiana EVOC instructor or equivalent
