Requirements

18 years of age or older.
Mohave County residents.
High school graduates or have a GED.
Currently enrolled in EMT B program or certified EMT B.
Physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of the job.
Eager to learn and a team player.

Responsibilities

Hands-on and classroom training: Learning critical firefighting and emergency medical skills.
Emergency Response: Assisting and participating in emergency calls under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Daily Shift Activity: Becoming a part of a dedicated team, participating in training, community risk reduction initiatives, and emergency preparedness exercises.
Community Engagement: Representing the LHCFD at events like school presentations and community gatherings.
And More! Supporting the Fire Department in various ways and tackling exciting challenges as they arise.
