About The Position
Medstar is hiring EMTs and Paramedics to provide emergency response, interfacility transport (IFT), and critical care transport (CCT) services across Michigan. The company provides 911 emergency response services to communities in Southeast Michigan and has growing critical care, air medical, and interfacility transport partnerships. Team members use industry-leading equipment and resources to deliver patient care, with opportunities to gain experience and develop their careers. Medstar offers full-time and part-time shifts, experience-based wage scale placement, and tuition-free paramedic training multiple times throughout the year.
Requirements
- For Paramedics: State of Michigan Paramedic License.
- For Paramedics: Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- For Paramedics: Physical ability to perform job functions, including physical agility and lifting.
- For Paramedics: American Heart Association CPR and ACLS certification.
- For EMTs: Michigan EMT license.
- For EMTs: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- For EMTs: Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
- For EMTs: Current AHA CPR certification.
