Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting debt and tax equity financing.
• Managed closing processes end to end for project and corporate financing for a $2B+ portfolio of utility scale energy projects.
• Deep expertise coordinating financing approvals and signature workflows across Legal, Capital Markets, Power Markets, and Procurement, including negotiating Master Services Agreements and vendor documentation.
• Extensive experience supporting the full life cycle of financings for on-site distributed generation assets including solar, BESS, and EV charging infrastructure.
• Paralegal certificate, Associate's/bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent substantive legal experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal research software

• Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests

• Compile trial notebooks
• Manage heavy paperwork
• Keep digital files orderly
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court clerks, and law enforcement
• Find laws, review case files, and draft legal documents
