About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. Our WA law firm client is currently in need of experienced and dedicated Washington-based Family Law paralegals. Schedules can vary according to your availability, with a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum based upon your availability, up to full time.

Responsibilities
- Draft and file legal documents
- Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters
- Settlement proposals
- Temporary Orders
- Motions/proposed orders
- Child support docs
- Manage case calendars and deadlines
- Organize and maintain client files
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys
