Develop and apply foundational knowledge, procedures, and technology skills to complete assigned projects and tasks accurately and efficiently. Apply strong organizational skills to manage workflow, prepare documents, and coordinate effectively within and across teams and departments. Proactively identify issues, consult with attorneys and team members, and contribute to timely problem resolution. Meet administrative and billable expectations, including preparing and releasing daily time entries and submitting weekly timecards. Support all phases of financial transactions, including general financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters. Prepare, review, and file UCC financing statements; draft closing certificates and checklists; coordinate lien reviews; and assist with entity formations and ongoing corporate compliance. Attend closings and assist with document management, including proofreading and redlining documents, conducting legal research, supporting auditor letter responses, and preparing and distributing bound closing volumes.
