High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., General Education Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.)
Five (5) years’ experience as a paralegal; or, Completion of an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program of education and training for legal assistants, plus two (2) years of legal experience; or, An associate’s degree in Legal Assistance from an accredited college/university; or, Completion of an institutionally-accredited legal assistant’s program consisting of at least 60 credit hours, including 15 credit hours of substantive legal courses, plus two (2) years of legal experience; or, Certification by the National Association of Legal Assistants, plus two (2) years of legal experience.
A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
