Requirements

  • Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent degree or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced level paralegal responsible for legal research, preparation of legal documents, file management and tasks that are broad and may be of a complex nature.
  • Works under limited supervision applying an extensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures.
  • May represent attorney in executing on legal matters.
  • Ability to determine and use appropriate internal and external resources.
  • Likely to have a field of specialization.
  • May act in an advisory capacity.
