Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication skills with other staff, public, courts
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
- Ability to work with other staff in a high volume office, and a positive attitude
- Highly organized and ability to organize workload and establish priorities
Responsibilities
- Preparing criminal charges under the supervision of a deputy prosecutor
- Preparing legal papers and correspondence
- Obtaining, preparing and filing discovery
- Managing calendars
- Electronically filing court documents and other necessary records
