About The Position

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a dedicated Paralegal specializing in Family Law to join their team in Fort Worth. This role focuses on high-level case management and strategic execution, as the firm handles lead generation and administrative tasks. The paralegal will manage the full lifecycle of family law and EPG (Estate Planning/Guardianship) matters, craft substantive legal documents, lead discovery processes, prepare for trials, and oversee court filings and calendaring. Requirements

At least 2+ years of dedicated Texas Family Law experience as a paralegal.
Proficiency in E-Filing across various state court portals and staying current with local rules.
Fluent in Clio/MyCase, Google Suite, and modern document management systems.
A professional who understands the line between legal information and legal advice and remains calm under the pressure of emotionally charged litigation.
A self-starter capable of providing mentorship and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of family law and EPG (Estate Planning/Guardianship) matters from inception through resolution.
Craft substantive pleadings, motions, and complex discovery responses with a high degree of technical accuracy.
Lead the discovery and inventory process, including tracing separate property funds and identifying "red flags" in complex financial affidavits or business valuations.
Partner with attorneys to curate trial exhibits, organize trial notebooks, and manage ongoing RFOs (Requests for Order).
Oversee court filings, maintain rigorous calendaring for hearings and deadlines, and ensure billable hours are captured accurately.
