About The Position

At D.Law, we're redefining what it means to be a plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm, which is why we created our Paralegal Training Program - an opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop the practical skills needed to succeed in a legal environment. This program is in partnership with UCLA Extension. Our Paralegal Training Program is designed to provide participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to support attorneys in a variety of legal settings, including case management, calendaring, filings, client communication, and drafting. This immersive program combines classroom-style instruction with real-world legal training to help participants build confidence, workplace readiness, and professional experience in a law firm environment. The program is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level legal assistant and paralegal support roles through practical learning experiences and mentorship from legal professionals.

Requirements

Earned Paralegal Certificate from UCLA Extension Program within 12 months of the start of the program
Currently enrolled in a Paralegal Certificate Program through UCLA Extension expected to be completed by September 8, 2026
Resume

UCLA letter confirming pass (if available)
UCLA Paralegal Certificate (if available)
Representation that they are expected to pass and receive their paralegal certificate prior to the completion of the program (for currently enrolled students)
