About The Position

Winstead's Atlanta office is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This role requires prior experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development. Strong experience with title and survey review is ideal and familiarity with entity formations is a plus. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a dynamic legal setting and is passionate about real estate law.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm
• One of the following credentials is strongly preferred: (1) Bachelor's degree; (2) Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies; (3) Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism

Nice To Haves
