We are seeking a Paralegal to join the Business Litigation practice group in our Harrisburg office. The associate will work closely with shareholders and Paralegals in Family Law and General Law practice areas on the full spectrum of clients. Some of the key anticipated responsibilities are listed below: Assignments as directed by attorneys within the Firm involving the drafting of legal documents, the filing of documents within both the state's filing system and the federal and PACER (CM/ECF) system. Managing multiple assignments and deadlines on a daily/weekly/long-term basis. Handle direct client contact and relationship management. Direct interaction with the Court, and, at times, opposing counsel and other third parties. Draft, review and oversee the execution of correspondence, research, reports, and email communication. Coordinate the scheduling of hearings and other matters, as well as the maintenance of group and attorney calendars. Work with Chief Compliance Officer on data security, privacy, policy making, and client-facing audits. Please note that we champion the development of all roles.
