Silver Lining ABA is seeking Paraeducators to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based support services to students within the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). Paraeducators will implement Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)-based interventions and behavioral protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or licensed Mental Health Professional (MHP), in collaboration with school district personnel. This role involves supporting students one-to-one or in small groups across various educational environments, including classrooms, transitions, and general education settings. Responsibilities include assisting with Individualized Education Program (IEP) intervention implementation, behavioral data collection, and reinforcement and intervention procedures aligned with ABA best practices. The role does not replace district employees or assume responsibilities of licensed school staff, such as lesson planning, primary instruction, IEP development, or related service provision.
