About The Position
Cromwell Public Schools is seeking Part-time Paraeducators for Edna C. Stevens School to support students with disabilities. This role involves assisting students throughout their day in various classroom settings under the guidance of special and/or regular education teachers. Responsibilities may include supporting therapy activities, toileting, lifting, accompanying students on field trips, providing life skill instruction, and other duties assigned by the teacher or building principal. The position is 3 hours per day, 15 hours per week, with a pay rate of $23.27 per hour.

- Ability to work with a variety of students with disabilities.
- Ability to work in diverse classroom settings.
Responsibilities
- Support students in all aspects of their day.
- Work in diverse classroom settings under the direction of special/and or regular education teachers.
- Assist with therapy activities.
- Assist with toileting.
- Assist with lifting.
- Accompany students on field trips.
- Provide life skill instruction.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the teacher and/or building principal.
