About The Position
Cromwell Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator for Woodside Intermediate School (grades 3-5). This is a 1-year position ending at the conclusion of the academic school year. The paraeducator will support students with disabilities in various aspects of their day and work in diverse classroom settings under the guidance of special and/or regular education teachers. Duties may include assisting with therapy activities, lifting, field trips, life skill instruction, and other tasks assigned by the teacher or building principal.
Requirements
- Associate's degree; OR 60 college credits; OR a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is preferred
