About The Position
This position supports Emotional Growth Center Special Education Classrooms. The Paraeducator 2 assists the Teacher in the delivery of an instructional program by preparing the classroom and materials to aid individual and small groups of students. The role also supports the planning and delivery of behavioral management and living skill development in various school and life situations. The Paraeducator 2 supports and maintains individual student and classroom management, implementing teacher-designed methods and materials with or without direct teacher supervision, enabling students to function autonomously in school, work, and/or community living environments. The incumbent will supervise student activities to ensure a safe and orderly school environment.

- 10 Month Calendar
- 183 Calendar Work Day
- Daily Work Schedule: 7:50 am-3:20 pm
- 5 days per week
