About The Position

Starting wage $20 to $27.50 per hour plus shift premiums! We seeking career-minded individuals for Production work. We will train you in the entry level jobs in the mill which is an industrial environment. The work includes operation of paper and pulp manufacturing machinery and forklifts. Workers must have the ability to learn entry jobs and move up to other machinery operating jobs. Production workers are hourly union positions and must be able to work days shifts and night shifts as scheduled.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass a physical abilities test
• Ability to work rotating shifts (day shift and night shift)
• Ability to be on your feet during a 12 hour shift
• Understanding that you will work some weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Pass a medical physical
• Pass a drug screen
• Pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Industrial or manufacturing work experience with a good work record
• Some computer experience
