PANTRY COORDINATOR (PART TIME)

Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.
Requirements
- Previous food service and hospitality experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain pantry inventory levels, ensuring food, beverages, coffee products, and supplies are consistently stocked to meet daily operational and customer needs.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verify order accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure all products meet quality standards and expiration date requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked pantry and storage areas while ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO), safe food handling, and appropriate refrigeration of perishable items.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee and beverage equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and promptly report equipment malfunctions requiring technical assistance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to requests, resolving service concerns, communicating product availability, and accurately documenting inventory transactions and deliveries.
- Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
- Maintains and performs product inventory.
- Understands menu offerings.
- Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
