About The Position

This position is responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties. The role ensures all food or beverage is distributed from the pantry in a timely fashion, maintains and performs product inventory, and understands menu offerings. The Pantry Coordinator will also create, modify, or close individual sale checks via electronic tablet and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies. This is a full-time position with Restaurant Associates, a leading provider of dining and event catering.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
