PANTRY COORDINATOR (FULL TIME)

Summary: Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.
Requirements
- Previous food service and hospitality experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish pantry locations with beverages, snacks, coffee, and other supplies while maintaining established inventory levels.
- Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries, ensuring order accuracy, proper product rotation (FIFO), and safe handling of perishable items.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee and water equipment to ensure a clean, fully operational pantry.
- Maintain an organized storage area, monitor inventory, and replenish supplies to support daily customer and client needs.
- Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
- Maintains and performs product inventory.
- Understands menu offerings.
- Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
