As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Join our culinary team and play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality food to members and guests across multiple dining outlets—from restaurants and banquets to beverage carts and snack bars. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Pantry Cook who takes pride in preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant kitchen experience
• At least 1–3 months of hands-on kitchen or pantry prep experience preferred
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English (as needed for safety, communication, and training)
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality food

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, appetizers, sandwich fillings, and other pantry items in line with production plans or forecasted needs
• Work efficiently with whole food products, minimizing waste wherever possible
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all prep and storage areas
• Communicate effectively with the Chef or Supervisor about equipment issues, shortages, or overages
• Receive, store, wrap, date, and rotate food products according to safety and freshness standards
• Requisition supplies and manage daily pantry inventory as needed
• Follow all safe food handling and work practices
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
