About The Position

Maintain clean, sanitary and organized work area Prepare all food items, cold and hot, according to Chef's recipes and techniques Complete meal prep activities before guests arrive, including chopping, stocking and storing back up items Perform proper plating, including portions, temperatures, and garnishment Must be able to communicate well with team members and supervisors in a potentially noisy environment Must be able to multitask, prioritize in a fast paced environment. Stand for long periods of time. Lift, carry 25 lbs. or more Assist with storage of ingredients for maintaining freshness, reducing waste, abide by food code regulations Assist Chef with inventory Clean/ sanitize work station, equipment, refrigerators, storage areas, and floors at the end of shift Entry level welcome, previous kitchen experience and/or Servsafe certification is a plus. Training provided
