About The Position

Fairmont El San Juan Pantry Cook is responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations. Assist cooks in the preparation of all items for the food and beverage outlets and banquets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish
  • Basic cooking knowledge
  • Some hospitality experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred
  • Cooking experience preferred
