About The Position

The Panela Processing Associate LV2 plays a critical role in the production and quality assurance of panela, a traditional unrefined whole cane sugar product. This position is responsible for overseeing the processing stages to ensure that the final product meets established quality standards and safety regulations. The associate will work closely with production teams to monitor equipment, manage raw materials, and maintain efficient workflow throughout the processing cycle. Requirements
