About The Position

This hands-on role involves assembling and insulating panels, doors, walls, and drain pans with precision. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates an attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Capable of following instructions and solving routine problems
  • Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire)

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.
  • Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions.
  • Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.
  • Apply insulation to panels as specified.
  • Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery.
  • Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials and complete tasks.
  • Complete production logs and deviation reports.
  • Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels.
  • Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
