About The Position

The Level 3 role requires advanced panel-building knowledge, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The position also supports the development of other assemblers and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of panel-building or industrial electrical assembly experience.
• Advanced blueprint and schematic-reading skills.
• Thorough understanding of industrial control panel construction.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Leadership mindset and ability to mentor others.
• Desire to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire complex industrial control panels independently.
• Interpret advanced electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Install, route, label, and terminate electrical components.
• Perform panel inspections and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues.
• Support testing and factory acceptance activities.
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior assemblers.
• Assist with process improvement and production efficiency efforts.
