Kalwall is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Panel Assembly Department in Manchester, NH. We are looking for entry-level to experienced candidates. This is a manufacturing opportunity with significant growth potential for individuals interested in building a long term career in manufacturing. Requirements

  • Manufacturing or construction experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working with fiberglass insulation and other manufacturing materials.
  • Ability to work safely while using hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions.
  • Align fiberglass and acrylic skins to an aluminum grid framework.
  • Assemble panel components using hand tools.
  • Insert insulation materials and apply resin as instructed.
  • Trim and finish assembled panels to specifications.
  • Inspect panels throughout the assembly process for: Uniform insulation density, Light leaks, Trapped dirt or debris, Surface defects and overall quality
  • Load completed panels onto dollies and transport them to the next production operation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
