About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) working on a per diem (PRN) basis, unit-based, and classified as Tier I. The role requires specific licensure and experience within a procedural environment, including expertise in moderate sedation administration. The nurse must also maintain current BLS and meet unit-specific certification requirements, such as ACLS.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing, is required.
- More than 12 months nursing experience in procedural environment.
- Solid knowledge and clinical skills in administration of moderate sedation.
- Current AHA BLS certification required.
- Must meet all unit specific certification requirements: ACLS required, PALS preferred
