About The Position

Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced PALS Specialist (Parts and Labor Sales) for their fast-paced location in Stuart, Florida. This role involves managing service appointments, interacting with customers to provide parts and accessories, and ensuring accurate cost estimates for repairs.

Requirements

Two years experience in dealership position
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
Great customer service skills
Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Active-listening and strong communication skills
Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories
Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements
Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed
