Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Compassionate and dedicated
Heart for helping others
Ability to manage own schedule, prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions regarding patient care.
Ability to work seamlessly with a Registered Nurse, physician, and other healthcare professionals.

Nice To Haves

Experience in palliative care

Responsibilities

Delivering skilled nursing care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients.
Performing procedures to alleviate pain, nausea, and other distressing symptoms.
Closely observing patients and reporting any changes to the case managing Registered Nurse and physician.
Working seamlessly with the Registered Nurse, physician, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
