About The Position

This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. This is a full-time position located in North Kingstown, RI, with a compensation of $19.81/hr.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Previous or current experience in heavy general labor roles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to perform consistent and repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Manually stacking products on pallets according to specific instructions
• Ensure pallets are properly loaded and stacked, identifying and addressing any issues
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations including wearing the required PPE
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production and equipment issues
• May include other tasks as assigned
