About The Position
Seda North America is seeking a Palletizer Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot issues on the spot and react quickly to avoid any line down situations. This role operates within an air-conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, including unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers. The position offers opportunities for professional growth within the company.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift

Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate automated palletizing equipment, including automated robotic palletizers, conveyors, labelers, automated stretch wrappers, elevators, and Laser guided vehicles (LGVs).
- Repair or adjust equipment, machines, or defective components, replacing worn parts.
- Keep production and palletizing department running in a safe and productive manner.
- Keep machines supplied with materials, which may require the use of pushcarts or pallet jacks.
