About The Position

ATTN Prior Tyson Workers: THIS FACILITY IS NOT ACCEPTING REHIRES AT THIS TIME. Please ensure all contact information is correct and up to date. Applicants will be considered for any open entry level non-skilled palletizer positions. Team members are responsible for retrieving boxed products from conveyors, visually inspecting products for quality (including label placement, accuracy, and cleanliness), and stacking boxes on pallets according to specifications.

Requirements

Must be able and willing to use both hands to grasp and handle boxes throughout the work shift.
Must be able and willing to walk between conveyors and pallet locations.
Must be able and willing to reach approximately 18–28 inches to pick up and place boxes.
Must be able and willing to lift boxes weighing between 9 and 50 pounds, depending on the product.
Must be able and willing to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
Must be able and willing to exert force ranging from light to heavy, depending on box weight.
Must be able and willing to use both hands simultaneously while performing job functions.
Must be able and willing to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 36°F to 42°F.

Responsibilities

Retrieve boxed products from conveyors and place them on the appropriate pallets.
Visually inspect products for quality, including label placement, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Stack boxes on pallets according to established specifications.
Team members should dress appropriately before arriving at their workstation.
