About The Position

This position is for entry-level, non-skilled palletizer roles. Applicants will be considered for any open positions. The schedule is Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays, from 3 PM until 12:30 AM or until production is finished. The pay is $21.85/HR with an additional $1.00 shift differential for the B Shift. Team members are responsible for retrieving boxed products from conveyors, visually inspecting products for quality (including label placement, accuracy, and cleanliness), and stacking boxes on pallets according to specifications.

Requirements

Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Able and willing to use both hands to grasp and handle boxes throughout the work shift.
Able and willing to walk between conveyors and pallet locations.
Able and willing to reach approximately 18–28 inches to pick up and place boxes.
Able and willing to lift boxes weighing between 9 and 50 pounds, depending on the product.
Able and willing to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
Able and willing to exert force ranging from light to heavy, depending on box weight.
Able and willing to use both hands simultaneously while performing job functions.
Able and willing to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 36°F to 42°F.

Responsibilities
