About The Position

This position involves entry-level, non-skilled palletizing work. Team members are responsible for retrieving boxed products from conveyors, visually inspecting products for quality (including label placement, accuracy, and cleanliness), and stacking boxes on pallets according to specifications. Requirements

Must be able to use both hands to grasp and handle boxes throughout the work shift.
Must be able to walk between conveyors and pallet locations.
Must be able to reach approximately 18–28 inches to pick up and place boxes.
Must be able to lift boxes weighing between 9 and 50 pounds, depending on the product.
Must be able to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
Must be able to exert force ranging from light to heavy, depending on box weight.
Must be able to use both hands simultaneously while performing job functions.
Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 36°F to 42°F.

Responsibilities

Retrieve boxed products from conveyors and place them on the appropriate pallets.
Visually inspect products for quality, including label placement, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Stack boxes on pallets according to established specifications.
Dress appropriately before arriving at their workstation.
