About The Position

This role is responsible for operating forklifts and palletizing systems to move and manage finished product safely and efficiently while supporting production flow, quality standards, and inventory accuracy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, stacking, and working in awkward positions
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and troubleshoot automated equipment and control systems
Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality, coding accuracy, and proper inventory handling
Ability to work independently with initiative while adhering to safety standards in a high-noise environment

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to transport finished product pallets between palletizers, storage areas, and shipping locations
Manually stack and organize product cases onto pallets while verifying correct coding and product accuracy
Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot palletizing equipment, including robots, conveyors, stretch wrappers, and case merge systems
Enter and track pallet information using touch screen systems and ensure proper labeling and inventory control
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting line flow, safety practices, and production needs
